Account & Data Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our mobile application, please follow the instructions below:

Send an email to our support team by clicking the button below or manually write to livumedia[at]outlook.com with the following details:

• Subject: Account Deletion Request - [APP NAME] [Your Registered Email/Username]
• Email Body: Please permanently delete my account and all associated cloud/Firestore data related to this email address.

Once requested, your account verification and data deletion process will be completed up to 7 business days.

Just a reminder: If our app has an account creation/sign-up/sign-in feature, we always include an "Account & Data Deletion" feature within the app settings.
